- Investigation of necessary business processes
- Analysis of potential stakeholders (interests, requirements, abilities)
- Definition of the role for each participant in the value chain
- Elaboration of different business cases
- Development of billing concepts for charging in public and private areas considering different methods of payment
- Analysis of special tariffs like e.g.night/day tariffs and real-time-pricing (indirect demand management)
- Investigation of existing and future energy markets and services (spinning reserve, frequency regulation, voltage control, peak management, etc.) which could be offered by the EV
- Electricity prices and energy mix
- Definition and evaluation of business models
